Very central location in the old city, between two trading domes on the main pedestrian street. Very friendly, helpful staff. Manager, a very nice man, was always on site offering lots of useful assistance.Breakfasts were very good. Generous quantities of food and coffee.Rooms were large. Lots of hot water!Very good for independent travelers.

A bit overpriced for the overall quality, a bit of soviet interior decor, very expensive laundry service (it's hard to find third-party laundry in Bukhara tourist area so we had to use one in the hotel), average breakfast.

Super excellent location, warm English speaking host , sumptuous breakfast , good wifi , power sockets , clean and comfortable room and bathroom with a nice balcony overlooking the courtyard. The most remarkable is the location - you can walk to just about every sight. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Omar Khayyam. The hotel location was great, just a short walk to all the major sights and still a little away from the hustle bustle! The staff was warm and super helpful. Our room was spacious & clean ?

The location was inside the old town right next to all the top spots. A mere 2 min walking distance.

Great location and hotel had a nice fusion of local and modern style.

The hotel had a faulty card machine resulting in having to withdraw cash to settle the bill. This meant having to go to a few different ATMs to withdraw cash as not all of them worked. This was not a pleasant experience especially as I was on a strict schedule. The staff mentioned this happens as the card reader is faulty. I saw other guests experience the same and would ask that they replace the card terminal to not inconvenience guests in the future.

Excellent coffee, rich selection of food and drinks for breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff of the hotel provided assistence as for programme, transportation as well as recomendations what to see in Bukhara.Comfortable rooms with high speed WI-FI. Extraordinary location directly in the center of the most attractive hostorical part of the town,

The location was just perfect, in the city centre in walking distance to all main attractions. The hotel staff was friendly. the rooms were very spacious.

Storage of luggage at the reception without contol on who is taking what luggage when leaving. Breakfast buffet was nice in general, but not filled propperly / late. No hot water late evening (shower)

internet not working from room. when checking out, they said they don't accept credit cards here and they forced me to pay with cash. They didn't give an invoice.They gave a ridiculous paper to evade taxes.
